Haas HRT-310 Rotary Table
For holding medium to large parts or fixtures, the Haas HRT series of horizontal/vertical T-slot rotary tables is the answer. Chucks and fixtures can be easily bolted to the table using the six machined T-slots. Large through-holes allow bar feeding and special fixture locating. The Haas HRT 310 has a platter size of 310 mm (12.204") and a weight capacity of 217.5 lbs unsupported - 435 lbs when supported by a tailstock.
All Haas rotary tables and indexers are equipped with AC brushless servo motors, which yield greater torque and higher acceleration / deceleration rates than standard DC motors. There’s less maintenance and better reliability, since there are no brushes that wear out and create dust. With the heat-producing windings attached to the outer shell, these motors run cooler, are more compact and last longer than brush motors.
