Haas HA5C-4 Quad Spindle Indexing Unit
Haas obtains the most cost-effective multi-spindle designs on the market by spacing heads as close together as possible. In higher volume applications, loading multiple parts saves tool changing and rapid-movement times, allowing your machine to run longer between part loadings adding up to substantially increased profits.
All Haas rotary tables and indexers are equipped with AC brushless servo motors, which yield greater torque and higher acceleration / deceleration rates than standard DC motors. There’s less maintenance and better reliability, since there are no brushes that wear out and create dust. With the heat-producing windings attached to the outer shell, these motors run cooler, are more compact and last longer than brush motors.
